Together we will determine the best type of properties to look at, based on:

With your help we will locate the best properties available.  I will use such resources as:

I can represent you in any residential transaction, even FSBO and I will do everything I can to find that "perfect property" for you.

I will perform any preliminary investigations necessary to find out anything you want to know about a property you are interested in.  I will use such resources as:

Viewing Properties:

Together we will look at the best properties that suit your specific needs.  I will be there to provide you with:

Once you have selected a property we will then make an offer.  This offer will be based on:

Negotiation:

This is some of the most important work I will be doing for you.  I will be the co-ordinator of all the information you will need.  This work will include items such as:

Final Investigation: In the majority of real estate transactions one can expect some turbulence.  This is perfectly normal.
"Real Estate Transaction Turbulence" can typically occur with aspects of the contract such as:
