PCS™ (Private Client Service) is a system that will enable you to customize your search and use the same systems that your Realtor® uses when searching for a specific type of property. It is often more up to date than the MLS® (which is tied to this system as well). By answering the questions within the program you can narrow down and customize your search parameters, saving you loads of time and work online. This program will then send you any and all updates that relate to your search: new listings, sales, price reductions, etc. as soon as they hit the system.
