All the information on your homes will be circulated to all of the co-operating brokers within 24 hours on the MLS Computer System as well as on a regular basis through the Catalogue System.

I know where to look for buyers.

Through a variety of advertising, I will generate and qualify prospective buyers.  I can help you find the best way to showcase your home in order to maximize it's appeal to potential buyers.  Examples are:  newspaper, MLS, feature sheets, open houses, web page, word of mouth, communication with other realtors.

I work full time.

I am on the job twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

The right negotiation techniques can make all the difference.
